Thank you for shopping with House of Trinity LLC. We are committed to delivering your order in a timely and reliable manner. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Calculated at checkout
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $60

All shipping estimates are business days and begin after your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier.

Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and order size.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Lost or Delayed Packages House of Trinity LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If your package appears lost, please contact us at house.of.trinity3@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. House of Trinity LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at house.of.trinity3@gmail.com — we can only make changes before the order ships.
