At House of Trinity LLC, your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.


Return Eligibility We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.


Final Sale Items — Hair Products Due to health and hygiene reasons, all hair products (including wigs, extensions, and hair care items) are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item arrives damaged or defective.


Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at house.of.trinity3@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.


How to Initiate a Return

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions

Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method — return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund

Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.


Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
